OUR MISSION

Our athletic development program’s mission is to provide individual athletes ages 13 to 21 with the resources, information, and practical application for improvement, irrespective of their sports, to assist in developing their athletic performance. This online platform will provide the latest news, articles, events, research, training tools, network connections and trails, scholarships, and other opportunities that exist in the sporting world.

OUR GOAL

To help young athletes achieve their highest potential by improving their mental, technical, tactical, and physical performance. We are committed to addressing the elements of your game that are uniquely related to you and most critical for your athletic development. The platform will allow athletes to purchase books and materials and obtain a personal training plan uniquely designed for them. They will also access information on athletic trials and scholarships worldwide and ask questions on various sports-related topics.

INDIVIDUAL FOCUS TRAINING PLAN

 
The training plans are individually designed and tailored to your sport, position of play, and performance needs. This unique training schedule will perfectly incorporate the psychological, technical, tactical, and even your nutritional needs, thereby increasing the chance for success. Since the primary purpose is to improve your overall skills, we must first assess and then address areas of inefficiencies. The individual training plan makes you the focus, with the priorities given to your specific performance needs. For example, you may want to know how to play a particular position effectively, need a better understanding of tactical plays, increase the range of movement to maximize your technical skills or improve overall game performance. The objectives are to create an effective individual training curriculum that facilitates and fosters those performance growth. A consistent practice regiment will allow you to become proficient in your performance, build self-esteem, and be a positive influence among teammates.
The best ingredients to ensure your success are quality, not the quantity of time you are willing to dedicate to focus training. To avoid scheduling conflicts, the plan will be a balanced regiment that will be mindful of your daily responsibilities outside of sports. We know that a strict regimented training program can be demanding; however, if appropriately designed, they can be fun and engaging, and we aim to give you that experience. Your personal training advisor will be the connection to keep you engaged once or twice monthly based on your selected package.

The daily stresses and challenges of life can hinder an athlete’s growth and progress, the emphasis of this book is to strengthen individual athletes’ mental and physical well being to meet these demands. Our Talk to the Trainer is an open, accessible forum for you to interact directly with coaches and trainers in your sports to gain insight, ask questions, and facilitate meaningful dialogue with sports professional and enthusiasts.

  • Once per month training session plan updates

Six months Program $330.00

  • One-and-a-half-hour assessment session with the Trainer
  • Forty-five minutes meetings with the Trainer to review and implement a training plan
  • Two forty-five minutes follow-up sessions per month with Trainer
  • Twice per month training session plan updates

Nine months Program $525.00

  • One-and-a-half-hour assessment session with the Trainer
  • A one-hour meeting with the Trainer to review and implement a training plan
  • Three forty-five minutes follow-up sessions per month with Trainer
  • Three forty-five-minute training session plan updates per month
  • Up to three additional training sessions with the Trainer as needed
