Since the primary purpose is to improve your overall skills, we must first assess and then address
areas of inefficiencies. The individual training plan makes you the focus, with the priorities given
to your specific performance needs. For example, you may want to know how to play a particular
position effectively, need a better understanding of tactical plays, increase the range of
movement to maximize your technical skills or improve overall game performance. The
objectives are to create an effective individual training curriculum that facilitates and fosters
those performance growth. A consistent practice regiment will allow you to become proficient in
your performance, build self-esteem, and be a positive influence among teammates.
The best ingredients to ensure your success are quality, not the quantity of time you are willing
to dedicate to focus training. To avoid scheduling conflicts, the plan will be a balanced regiment
